Hello! My name is Abigail Ortega. I have always had a love for teaching children which is what lead me to pursue my undergraduate degree in early childhood education with a focus in special education. I later moved to Ecuador to teach for a couple of years. Upon returning to the United States, I completed a master's degree program, earning my master's in teaching Spanish for Kindergarten through 12th grade. I have experience teaching full time in 4th, 8th, and 9th grade classes as well as experience assisting in Kindergarten. I love being able to share my love for learning with students, and helping increase confidence in the students I work with!
