I have a masters degree from Cornell in Petrology and Geochemistry, and another masters degree from SUNY New Paltz in Adolescent Education. I have ten years of experience teaching high school math and science. Five years of that teaching experience has been in a school with a one-to-one model. I am exceptional at explaining challenging concepts in a clear, concise manner that is custom tailored to the specific learning style of each unique student. I genuinely enjoy working with high school students and I highly value the connections that are formed while working together. I believe that students learn best when they have a positive association with the material.
