I attended Oregon State University, where I completed a PhD in Education. My research focuses on the needs and challenges of linguistically diverse students and how their teachers can appropriately serve them. I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Agricultural Education, so I have been working with students at all levels, from K-12 to college, for over 10 years. I am very organized and passionate about teaching. My goal is to build strong and human relationships with my students so that they feel comfortable being vulnerable while learning.
