I'm a licensed special education teacher and certified life coach that works with teens on strengthening executive functions, study skills, and literacy. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Virginia with a double major in Music and Religious Studies, with a minor in Astronomy. I completed my special education graduate courses at Old Dominion University. I am a volleyball coach and lifelong athlete, as well as a trained musician and artist. With two teenagers of my own, life is crazy! And yet I love figuring out how to empower the young people around me to grow into who it is they believe they're destined to become.
