I have worked in different areas of the education field for the past 15 years. I started off my career at the DC Public Schools Office of Special Education, where I worked in operations. I have eight years of classroom teaching experience. I also have three years of online teaching and tutoring experience, both small group and one-on-one. I worked with 3rd and 4th graders in the classroom, and worked with 3rd through 5th graders online. Most recently, I worked as an Operations Specialist for a virtual tutoring company. I miss working directly with students, and am looking forward to being able to have a direct impact again.
