With my background of working at the district level as the supervisor of the district’s instructional coaches; serving as a campus reading specialist; modeling research-based instructional strategies; teaching English/Language Arts at the elementary, middle school and high school levels; conducting training and staff development; coordinating two at-risk team teaching programs; serving as team leader on several occasions; and being nominated for numerous teaching awards, I am confident that I can provide the enthusiasm and skills necessary to perform excellent work.
