I am a retired Special Education teacher of 32 years. I retired June of 2024. I have taught in many different settings: self-contained classrooms, resource Center and have co-taught with regular education teachers in the general education setting. I also do private in person tutoring. I have worked in the public school system with students from K-5. I really enjoy working with students one-on-one and in small groups, building rapport and seeing their progress. I have a wealth of experience, training and knowledge to share with my students. I am Wilson reading certified and excel in working with dyslexic students as well as struggling readers.
