Hello my name is Derek Adams. My teaching philosophy is that everyone can learn in various ways. We don’t all get to the same path the same way but it’s important we get there. My job is to teach the tools that will help students make the choices to complete the tasks. I believe in making education fun and relatable using real world examples to be college and career ready. I enjoy laughing and joking with students but never at the sake of learning as we must complete the tasks necessary for their success. Being personable is what makes learning enjoyable for all parties. It is my hope to continue that inspiration and motivation here at Braintrust.
