I am a relational, empathetic and driven educator who strives for inclusivity in learning spaces and understands the importance of arts within the holistic realm of education. I am committed to anti-racist curricular practices, growth mindset, holistic and reflexive learning, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and incorporating First Peoples Principles of Learning into learning. I am currently obtaining an MA in Educational Theatre and English at NYU. My qualifications include a Post-Baccalaureate B.Ed in Elementary Education, as well as a B.Mus in Vocal Performance and have been a music and elementary educator in the public school system. I am well-versed in Canva, design, Microsoft Office, curriculum based writing, editing, remote teaching, and assessment.
