Bio
Hello! I am Ms. Lado, a bilingual teacher nurtured by the very soil and schools of NYC. For over half a decade, I've been an educator within the vibrant classrooms of The Bronx and Harlem, guiding hundreds of students through the discovery and mastery of ELA, math, science, and social studies. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that education should be engaging and applicable, linking complex concepts to everyday life to spark lasting interest and understanding.
With a heritage rooted in the cultures of Latin America, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment. I excel in helping students not only to navigate the intricacies of reading comprehension but also to discover the joy and power of writing. Through tailored instruction and a patient, nurturing approach, I guide students to express themselves clearly and to build strong analytical skills that turn reading into a journey of discovery.
I am eager to bring my passion for teaching and my dedication to student growth to your school, fostering academic excellence and confidence in each learner.
