Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Katherine, and I live in the Hudson Valley, about an hour and a half outside of New York City. I am an experienced teacher and writer. I hold a master’s degree in English education from Columbia University Teacher’s College, and earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from Barnard College. I have eight years of teaching experience, and previously taught middle school English at The Manitou School in Cold Spring, New York, and Léman Manhattan Preparatory School in New York City. I currently work as a children's librarian at my local library. As you can probably tell, I love working with kids and teens!
