Hi! I'm Katie, a special education teacher with a focus on language and literacy. I am currently a 4th/5th grade teacher at a school for students with language-based learning disabilities. I have experience working with students in grades K to 6 with a range of learning disabilities and needs. I am trained in Orton-Gillingham (reading/spelling), Preventing Academic Failure (reading/spelling), The Hochman Method (writing), and Multisensory Math.
