Highly experienced educator who is passionate about supporting the learning and success of diverse learners, through fun and engaging lessons. I have over 12 years of experience in Education, with a specialty in Early Childhood Education (Birth -8 years). I studied Education at the University of Wyoming. During my studies, I worked at an Early Childhood Care Center where I worked with a wide range of students for 4 years. While I was studying Education, I also lived in Nepal and taught English to Preschool and Kindergarten aged students. I have spent the last 8 years as an Elementary School teacher. In 2020, I went back to school and received a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. My passion for working with children lies within witnessing the moments when students succeed and feel confident in their learning. I love seeing that “lightbulb” moment, when everything they have learned clicks and comes together for them.
