My name is Krista Martin and I am a certified elementary teacher with a reading specialist credential. I received my bachelor degree in Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara. I received my Masters in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University. My favorite thing about teaching is connecting with students and relating the curriculum to their personalities to make it more interesting and exciting for them. I love seeing the connections student make with curriculum. My favorite part of being a teacher is when I see students grow their confidence and enjoy learning.
