With almost 20 years of teaching experience, I have a real passion for helping students. I taught in the classroom for 15 years working with kindergarten through third grade. When my family relocated, I left the public school system to work as a private tutor. There is a real need for teachers to assess exactly where the student is and design specific, individualized instruction. My goal is to build each child up by celebrating what they do know and working together to reach the next steps. In this way, we empower students to be confident, lifelong learners.
