Bio
Matthew currently teaches High School Social Studies and Middle School Math in Brooklyn. He has worked with adolescents for over ten years, and has taught English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Matthew moved to New York to pursue his career and a Master's Degree as a NYC Teaching Fellow. While in college, Matthew felt the call to teaching and served as an AmeriCorps member in Seattle and New Orleans, working as a Literacy and Special Education teacher. He enjoys helping students feel successful in their academics and executive functioning, and loves guiding students as they tackle their challenging school work.
