I am a secondary English and social studies teacher with twelve years of classroom experience. I love supporting students as they tackle challenging reading and writing tasks. The moments when a student connects to a text, writes something they're proud of, or achieve a goal are what I love most about my job! I have worked with students with IEPs, students reading below grade level, students reading above grade level, and students who speak English as a second language.
