Hello! I’m Patricia Bode (pronounced “Bodee”)! After 40 years, I’ve retired from teaching elementary school full-time; however, for the past 18 years, I continue to tutor privately year round! I’ll Always Love to Teach! In 1983, I qualified, received, and will continue to retain a Texas Lifetime Teaching Certification for Grades 1 - 8 in the four major content areas of Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. I continually strive to build a lasting and trusting relationship with each of my students. My greatest and most memorable teaching rewards have always been when a student experiences that extra-special “confidence builder” and “forever empowering” moment of “A-ha” in mastering and owning another skill in their learning achievements. In my free-time, I enjoy being an avid reader and enthusiastic traveler; however, and most of all, I love spending time and having fun adventures with my family, especially my two little grandchildren, Wyatt and Macie!! I get to teach them too! I look forward to an opportunity to meet and teach your child! It would be a privilege for me to help them achieve their future learning successes!
