With a strong background in mathematics education and AIG certification, I specialize in differentiated instruction and curriculum development. I have served on Cumberland County Schools’ 4th Grade Math Curriculum Writing Team and hold a 4.0 GPA from both Western Carolina University and East Carolina University. My qualifications include passing the math Praxis, Pearson’s Foundations of Reading, and Educative Teacher Performance Assessment (edTPA) on the first attempt. I am dedicated to creating engaging, rigorous learning experiences and committed to fostering students' academic growth and success. I believe that if a student cannot learn the way we teach, as good educators, we should teach the way they learn.
