Hi, my name is Peter Halligan. I am certified by the State of New York to teach grades 1-6 and students with disabilities grades birth - 6. I have been a classroom teacher for eight years and have a background in theater, executive functioning skills and mindfulness. In addition to my formal teaching experience, I have worked at School’s Out, Inc., a well-respected after school program. Initially, I began working as an activity leader and was later promoted to site manager. During my seven years there, I prepared and implemented learning activities, communicated with parents, and managed a team of twelve employees. As a dedicated professional who is passionate about teaching, I aim to continuously guide and inspire my students to become lifelong learners.
