Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and I am so excited to offer you tutoring on BrainTrust! My name is Mrs. Taylor and I have been a classroom teacher for 4 years. I'm a 5th grade "self-contained" teacher which basically means that I teach all-the-things; from Reading to Math to Science and Social Studies... with some Social-Emotional learning mixed in, as well. I believe in creating lessons that are fun and engaging while focusing on the "I do, we do, you do" model so that concepts are more easily grasped. All students, no matter what age, learn best through play and I make it a priority to incorporate interactive and exciting activities into all my lessons! Technology is a passion of mine and I excel at developing lessons that meet those needs. I am also pursing my master's degree in Online Education. Lastly, I'm a mom of three: a sixth grade boy, a first grade boy, and a sweet baby girl!
