I was a NYC teacher grade 4-5 for 14 years. I was also the math lead for my grade for 3 years . After being a classroom teacher, I became the math coach for my building K-5. After a life change, I am now a Math AIS teacher for grades 5 and 6. I love math and I love to help students fall in love with math! I am trained in a variety of math routines , math strategies, and support students to show their thinking. I teach all lessons with visuals , anchor charts , and emphasize vocabulary.
