Bio
Dr. Solanki has many years of experience working with children and adolescents of various aptitudes and in different settings. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and Master’s Degree in Adolescent Education with a concentration in English from Pace University, and a Doctoral Degree in International Education from Northcentral University. While pursuing her Doctoral Degree, she coached students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and various learning differences at Pace University’s OASIS Program. She began her postgraduate career teaching in the NYC Public School system where she taught English and College Preparatory classes and was awarded tenure. There, she also served as a Writing Coordinator and Instructional Coach. She holds an additional certification as a Certified Online Instructor and has spent the last three years teaching students remotely. She is a published author in several peer-reviewed academic journals in the field of education and also writes teacher training curricula as a side passion. She believes rapport-building is key to connecting with students and enhancing their social-emotional learning skills.
