Victoria Allison is an educator and leader with ten years of experience in charter, public and private schools. Currently, she serves as a Math Coordinator at the Nightingale-Bamford School where she works with K-4 math teachers and partners with middle school teachers to differentiate instruction, develop scope and sequences for each grade, analyze assessments, and differentiate learning. Prior to joining Nightingale, Victoria taught at New Bridges Elementary school in Brooklyn, NY for 5 years. While at New Bridges, she was a Showcase Fellow where she opened her classroom to hundreds of teachers, administrators, counselors, and the Chancellor of the NYC Department of Education. Many teachers came from across the United States to observe her practices of using the Teachers College Reading and Writing curriculum. Victoria has worked with students with different learning styles and abilities and differentiating instruction is a part of her practice. Victoria was a part of the founding team at Leadership Prep Brownsville Middle School.
